Directed by Paul Feig, who helmed "Bridesmaids", "The Heat" plays the tired FBI vs. local authorities card, as in, who has the jurisdiction? Feig cleary struck gold with "Bridesmaids".
Unfortunately his magic touch is mostly uninspired here.
