The first half was really interesting. after sarah came and kidnapped him off the street while he was preaching damnation though, it kinda lost me. I really wanted to know more about what happened while he was living with his insane-religious family - I mean shit, he was there three years, and it just skipped over that.

I was (perhaps inappropriately) amused by winona ryder's uncredited appearance as the totally insensitive staff member at the clinic/whatever that place was in the scene following the sexual assault.
