Review of The Haunting in Connecticut (2009) by Robert I — 22 Jan 2013
Stronger acted than usual horror film, featuring the wonderful Virginia Madsen and Elias Koteas (plus Smallville's The Flash). My biggest complaint are all the would-be jump scares which deterred my enjoyment of the film.
But interesting back story and some nice gimmicks keep it better than most. Note the homages to "The Exorcist" throughout the film.
