Review of The Haunting (1963) by Trent C — 11 Oct 2008
This movie scares me more effectively than any other film out there. Very suggestive, and not very showy. Very few films scare me at all. This is one of em that does. Very creative camerawork in spots that foreshadows Evil Dead.
The ghost film to beat. Great use of absence of music in key scenes.
