A painfully long, drawn out self-indulgent film that seemed more of an excuse for tarantino to play with his new format camera equipment than to tell a compelling story. a laborious 3-hour marathon that could have told the exact same story in 90 minutes.
tarantino's shoe-horned narration midway through the film was completely out of place and forced. this turd lacked all of the quirky appeal of his films of the past and period inappropriate dialogue was distracting and disappointing.
oh yeah, the graphic nature of the forced fellatio story was tasteless and stupid.
