Review of The Hateful Eight (2015) by Joe M — 25 Apr 2016
I've tried to give Quentin Tarantino a chance by watching all of his movies. But I've hated every single one of them. The stories are never plausible. The characters never act like people would in real life.
The dialogues are usually rambling crap that never develops the story, but are there for gags or shock value. His movies are more about attitude and over the top cliché than building an interesting story.
The violence is in your face, over the top and crass. His best fans are hillbilly teens who drive pick up trucks, want to join the marines to kick some ass, chew tobacco, and don't have a brain in their head.
What a waste of time this movie was. Br.
