I honestly don't know why this movie is getting terrible reviews. I get that it's not some existential think-piece, and isn't going to be winning any awards, but I thought it was really funny! I went to see it with friends and the whole theater was cracking up, including us.

It didn't take itself seriously at all, it was a satire on the Noir genre and it was the right level of messed up without crossing too far over the line. I would totally watch this again, and keep telling people to ignore the reviews and give it a chance on your own.
