What can I say? Well I didn't hate it like I hated the second film. In fact this is relatively (and I mean relatively) inoffensive. In fact it's quite bland and without the requisite laughs. I think I totalled less than 6 solid laughs throughout this entire trilogy.
I might just go and watch The Naked Gun Trilogy. I'll probably reach double figures before the opening credits role on From the Files of Police Squad.
