A better title for this movie? "The Hangover, Too". I expected this sequel to pay due homage to the original, but this is ridiculous. The plots are virtually the same and the only new jokes either involve racist jabs at "Asians" or tiresome shemale/semen references.
It got to the point where I was even expecting Matt Walsh to coincidentally show up as the same doctor from the first movie. Hilarious! And a solid 20% of the movie is Ed Helms screaming about whatever is happening at the moment.
