A pointless, lifeless and deeply excruciating re-hash of a movie that wasn't even great in the first place. The gags feel forced, the humor is stereotypical and the script is lazily written. To be honest, there isn't really a lot more to say, and that really says a lot about the poor quality of the film as well as its lack of substance, both characterwise and storywise.
