There's 2 occurrences that often happen in movies which always bother me: 1) When a character lights a cigarette, takes 1 or 2 puffs, and then tosses it. Cigarettes are too expensive these days to do that.

2) During a sex scene, the woman leaves her top or bra on. I know it's because many bigger stars won't do nudity, but it's way too unrealistic in my opinion. I mean what guy wouldn't want to play with tits while they're fucking? Gimme a break.

Both of these things happen in this stupid movie that wastes talented actors like Penn, Javier Bardem, and Idris Elba in a cliched thriller we've seen a hundred times before. We get it Sean Penn, you're in great shape for you age.
