Action flick that contained some exciting scenes, but for the most part just felt weird. Sean Penn is decent in this roll, but I just can't shake the feeling of Jeff Spicoli from Fast Times at Ridgemont High as Jason Borne (in other words it just didn't work for me).
OK if you got time to kill but don't expect to blown away.
