Review of The Guest (2014) by Shetlandviking — 24 Mar 2016
This movie has pretty much everything I like: an 80s/modern synthwave soundtrack, military special forces, dark humour, mystery and surprises. The final act of the movie feels quite different to the opening act and is justifiably divisive, but I didn't mind that much.
I loved Drive and the original Terminator so I'm glad I heard about The Guest. Shame it didn't come out in my local cinema.
