Not as scary as the first one, but not a bad movie either. The fact that the action is not in Japan anymore is a bad point: because of that the atmosphere is not the same. Of course Marina Sirtis (aka Deanna Troï in Star Trek: The Next Gen) in it is a plus (even if she's just a guest star).
