Much better than part 2, but of course no were near the first part. What I don't get is why they couldn't just get a new kid to play the creepy ghost kid. Instead they bring him back aged and taller.
... like ghost grow, come on. Other than that it was done fairly well for straight to video. Give it a rent if you liked the first film.
