Review of The Grifters (1990) by Darryl C — 14 Oct 2008
At first I was distracted (except for Huston's scenes) but as time goes on the story gets more meaty so have patience. Angelica Huston stole the show she is so incredible!! Absolutely love her! John is also one of my favs.
Annette did a great job of playing a nit wit tramp grifter but it was really difficult for me to get past the image I have in my head of her as a classy intelligent woman.
