Review of The Grey Zone (2001) by Yaaynie K — 15 Feb 2009
It's hard to believe that something like this ever happen. Everytime I see a movie about this I just feel such a bit sorrow. I think it's really good that these kinds of movies are made. The stories need to be told.
The only thing I can complain about is that everyone speaks english. What is supposed to be german is spoken in english, that makes it a bit odd when Harvey Keitel tells the others to stop speaking hungerian when in fact they are speaking english.
But a good movie, based on a true story, I like it a lot. It makes you think about how evil humans can be and the fact that this is still happening today but in other forms.
