I hate how trailers for a movie totally misrepresent what it ends up being. I walked into this expecting to see a simple-minded thriller with a type-cast Liam Neeson killing wolves, but what I got was so much more.
Liam Neeson delivers a heart-felt and gut-wrenching performance in one of the more profound movies I have seen in years. It is haunting, gritty, and infinitely complex. It is courageous and beautiful.
