Review of The Green Mile (1999) by Dominick B — 25 Mar 2018
Emotionally moving and packing a lot of compelling performances especially from Michael Clarke Duncan, The Green Mile may be 3 hours long but it shows that prisoners are humans too and Tom Hanks is just as likable as ever.
Oh, and Mr. Jingles is the best character in the entire movie. He's adorable. Without relying on him to get people to see the movie whilst having parents complain that they were expecting a cute kids' movie about a miracle mouse, not a prison drama based off of a Stephen King book.
