An attempt to recreate the old jungle native genre, but there's something about this movie that lacks. I always enjoy watching entitled white people get tortured and murdered on screen, but I simply didn't care about this bunch.
Found more interest in watching the "natives." Roth did nothing new or creative with this movie. If you want a decent cannibal exploitation film, watch Cannibal Holocaust.
