"The green butchers" is probably what you call "black humour", the urge to burst out in laughter when Svend admits that he made filets out of his electrician`s leg because he didn`t want to disappoint his costumers...
Mads Mikkelsen does his part of the insecure, very sensitive, big talking and a good bit crazy wierdo Svend brilliantly.Just his character makes the film worth watching.
