Review of The Greatest Showman (2017) by Judy S — 28 May 2018

Even though I really like Hugh Jackman - I really don't see him as a song and dance man. His voice is average, to say the least. His dance moves aren't bad but not natural. He's no Gene Kelly by a long shot.

I always find stories of this historic kind interesting. I read a lot about PT Barnum and the Circus World. It wasn't terrible - but it could have been a lot better. I love musicals, always did, but the writers, and choreographic numbers lacked the style and posh of old cinema.

I found most of the dance numbers had the same couple of break or street dancing moves. It was like watching Dancing with the Stars.
