A far too overlooked classic. Silky Voiced Ratigan is a genius villian (Vincent Price, seriously doesn't get better than that). Basil is a clever and quirky Holmsian detective. Be careful, though..
. you just might find your self humming the songs all day long. This is my favorite Disney movie.
