Review of The Great Escape (1963) by Lauren D — 14 Jan 2010
I thought it was going to be really lame, thus put it off for years.
I actually liked it quite a bit, with the exception of the weirdness after they escaped. The actual planning of the escape is what I enjoyed the most. I knew it was based on a true story, so it was amazing to think they actually thought of all those things and put it all together. Even if most of them didn't escape, I would say it was a pretty successful escape.
