Review of The Great Dictator (1940) by Kyle M — 14 Feb 2015
Chaplin still brings laughable gags in his first talkie that's a whimsical, nicely-done satire being part of the WWII satirical library, and this is one of the best of both lists after leading up to one of Chaplin's greatest moments that's not comical but relevant. (A-).
