Good but not great...it was definitely funny, but there were little to no laugh-out-loud moments. all of the actors performed well, especially Malkovich, and its style reminded me of Juno in the beginning.

however, it lacked depth. there was the message of doing what you like in life and finding what makes you happy, but that has become trite in film. this film was a product of A-list Hollywood actors making a film on their own and thinking it is non-corporate but it really is.
