In the style of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon... This flick is to be admired for its visual presentation. I was initially disappointed in the use of subtitles... But the story is told so effectively in its motion that you barely recognize the need to read them.
Good vs Evil. Love and Loss. I enjoyed the focus on Ip Man though it seemed to wander and lag in the middle to late parts. They barely touch on the Bruce Lee... Which was perfect given whom the story is really about.
