A story about finding your place in society, The Grand Seduction provides more than enough laughs, but little authentic emotion. The premise is fairly ridiculous and the film often takes itself far too seriously, but the lighthearted laughs outweigh the lack of emotion overall.
Most people will love this movie, but it could be a lot better.
