It's a shame I've only seen this now. But as they say, better late than never! I've seen a couple of Wes Anderson films but I never really loved them. Sure they look amazing, but they failed to connect with me as an audience.
Having seen this film, I'm finally convinced that Anderson is an artistic genius. Everything about this movie is delightful. The script, the direction, the production, the cinematography, the acting (special mention to Ralph Fiennes) all added up to create this wonderful treat of a movie.
