Wes Anderson's newest film is The Grand Budapest Hotel. and that describes this movie completely. GRAND!

This movie had me on its hooks from the very beginning. Ralph Fiennes stars as The Concierge at the Grand Budapest and his work is absolutely brilliant in this role. All of the other actors do a marvelous job as well. I enjoyed every scene in this movie as the actors had such great chemistry.

It's a cliche at this point to say that the script is amazing in every sense of the word. And the directing is so fantastic that my words cannot describe it.

And by God the cinematography is so astoundingly beautiful. the beautiful and vibrant colors on the screen look like the pages of a book. that's how amazing this film looks. each frame is symmetrical and has distinctive geometric shapes. beautiful.

The movie is also hysterical. I was laughing from scene to scene in this movje. the dialogue is so witty and clever that I was in tears in some parts. what really suprised me and was extremely welcome was the use of violence in the Grand Budapest Hotel. it was used very well and so over the top it fit the film perfectly.

My main complaint with Moonrise Kingdom was the ending and how I didn't find it satisfying. This ending however satisfied the heck out of me. it fit perfectly and was beautiful in its meaning and execution. I won't spoil anything but I was taken aback with emotion.

PERFECT MOVIE!!!!!
