I always heard things about this film, and I was just blown away the first time I saw it. I was sorry I missed it for such a long time. It is brilliant even on the second time. Absolutely great, if you disregard the abusive mother, I loved the characters, the twists in the blot and just all of it, even the S&G soundtrack..... And what a riskey film this must have been back in the 60s??
