A fantastic chatty comedy staring Richard Dreyfuss who won the Oscar for his energetic & diverse role.
Simply the story of a woman that been let down many times & this stranger appears one night who has a lease for the place & hence the story begins.
All the characters in this film the mum, especially the daughter are just fantastic, they are all so likable & enjoyable to watch.
This is an upbeat romantic comedy with lasting performances...a top film.
