Actually, this was pretty good. I don't make a habit out of watching made-for-TV movies, but I would even watch the sequel to this if it caught me on a boring night. Catherine Bell was enchanting and I was probably watching it for her as much as anything else.
And that citizen's group leader lady was sooooo annoying. I just wanted to stomp her foot! So I guess she did a good job, too. And the Mayor provided a realistic, if a little anticlimactic solution to the conflict.
