Review of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966) by Shahriar S — 19 Sep 2012
Possibly the greatest western of all time (on par with High Noon). Sergio Leone ends his epic "Spaghetti" western trilogy with a big bang. A movie filled with countless classic moments (the 3 man standoff being the best in my opinion).
Clint Eastwood effortlessly does this role to perfection because he has the western character embedded within him after many years of playing remarkable western movies. what else can be said other than the movie's astonishing humor mostly coming from Tuco.
Last definitely not least the score of this movie is one that is mysteriously haunting and dazzling and sure to remain in your mind for decades as it is one of the best score's.
