Top notch acting, beautiful cinematography, incredible soundtrack (best movie soundtrack I have ever heard), masterful storytelling, some of the best characters in cinema history (espescially the man with no name).
..and oh my god a final standoff that is impeccable and riveting. Has to be the best ending of any movie, espescially when coupled with the cemetary running, ecstasy of gold scene. Easily one of the greatest movies ever made and my personal favourite.
