Review of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966) by Nathan T — 12 Dec 2012
Two men who hate each other working together because one knows the cemetery, the other knows a name on a grave. All-the-while being followed by a bounty hunter that wants a large sum of gold to themselves.
Quentin Tarantino called it "the greatest achievement in the history of cinema." He may not be far off from the truth.
Sergio Leone's masterful directing created one of the best movies PERIOD. With amazing action, story, MUSIC (one of the top soundtracks) and action, "The Good, The Bad and the Ugly" is more than Good. Not at all bad. And includes violence that is Ugly (Pretty to look at, but ugly in terms of morals).
