I watched the uncut version. Despite being 3 hours long I never lost interest in the film. It kept the movie constantly going in action/adventure as they went to a different location reminding me of the Indiana Jones trilogy.

Blondie Tuco and Angel Eyes performed by their actors is amazing. The cleverness shootouts and memorable dialogue all work perfectly. That Mexican Standoff was insane. Surprisingly the comedy was interesting Tuco was in some ways used for comic relief (especially during the desert scene).

Strong emotional moments made you feel apart of that era of the Wild West. The Build Up, tension, emotional moments that sort of unease that you know they're gonna kill each other but you still wanna watch.

And watch I shall as it is beautifully shot. Serge Leon ingeniously infused it as a war film as the movie takes place during the Wild West campaign of the Civil War. It shows a decent bridge battle scene, anti war moments like the prisoners, the mass graves and bodies of the dead soldiers.

The score is fantastic: groundbreaking & epic, it is the journey of 3 anti heroes and their race to gold during the Civil War. To incorporate a war film into a Spaghetti Western was daring and ingenious which separates it from other westerns thus Making the Good, Bad, and Ugly the best western film ever made as well as one of the best films ever made.

This film is damn flawless.
