Review of The Good Shepherd (2006) by Thomas B — 01 May 2009
Certainly not a fast-paced action film, but I think this is some of the best acting I've seen from Damon. I lost count of the times he answers questions with ... silence - which is typical of his introvert and impenetrable character.
The plot is rather complex and the film is cut in such a way that the viewer cannot afford 2 minutes of inattention. An interesting film, that makes you consider your values and priorities and ultimately what's worth sacrificing your life for.
