Review of The Gold Rush (1925) by Juha R — 05 Jan 2008
Classic chaplin slapstick humour, but also classic chaplin. features some of his most famous work; the eating of the boot, the unstable hut in the snow and of course the bread roll dance. a touching tale of romance completes this silent masterpiece.
the later adapted narrated version does not detract from the films magic.
