Review of The Gold Rush (1925) by Ian Y — 05 Jan 2009
I'm not sure how much I would enjoy it without the voice over. However, there are plenty of references to this film in modern cinema attesting to the staying power of certain comedies that can not be overlooked.
I do find it interesting that the sort of character chaplin is remains largely missing from modern cinema.
