Chaplin's the best. The order goes: 1) Chaplin, 2) Jimmy Stewart, 3) Brando, 4) Daniel Day Lewis, 5) Tom Cruise.
This movie had some fun slap stick, but it was not nearly as great or timeless as Modern Times.
