Review of The Godfather Part III (1990) by Doug Z — 23 Sep 2011

I gave this movie another chance after seeing it when it came out and being very dissapointed. But seeing it again now I curse my nostalgia for robbing me of ANOTHER 3 hours that I'll never get back.

I dunno how movie snobs can sit there with a straight face and say it's just the more 'intellectual' of the three Godfathers (presumably because they make reference to the Borgias, and the P2 Masonic Lodge), and that excuses how slow and clumsy it all is.

. All the characters annoyed me, but Sofia Coppola was the worst.. Wooden, stolid, totally out of her depth. Underrated my ass!
