Review of The Godfather Part II (1974) by Tyler Y — 27 May 2012
It's one of those sequels that rivals, if not surpasses it's predecessor in many aspects. It's telling of both a contemporary story following Michael Corleone, and the back-story of his father is an interesting take, and both are done masterfully, but their lack of relevance to one another adds what may feel like unnecessary length.
At over three hours long, you will feel it.
