Seagal is an artist. I don't know what else you can say about a man who can slit throats with his special credit card. I haven't seen this movie in years, but just that it's the start of Seagal's fetish with working with black comics/rappers makes it of some significance. It brought martial arts action to the ghizetto.
Despite the praise, I award it only 2 stars because it's still stupid.
