Steven Seagal is a renegade Buddhist cop with a mysterious military past and a penchant for martial arts. Please, just kill me and make the pain stop. What a f**king moron fest. Keenan Ivory Wayans actually looks like an acting God when standing next to the talentless void of charisma that is Seagal.
Then again, who is the more foolish - the fool who makes a Steven Seagal film or the fool who watches it? It doesn't matter since, whichever way you look at it, this film is toss.
