Make no mistake: this is a bad movie. But it's enjoyable, so I've gotta give it a 3 out of 5. I'm a sucker for Seagal. I wouldn't recommend watching this unless you are as well. The screenplay is so bad, and the story makes no sense.
But there are some genuinely fun scenes, and great cheesy lines. Watch this when you're braindead and bored and have already seen all the other legitimately good Seagal movies.
