Currently on satellite TV.
Steven Seagal & Keenen Ivory Wayans are cops embroiled in a conspiracy involving Russian terrorists.
It's not Seagal's worst movie ("On Deadly Ground" holds that dubious honour in my opinion, although I've read that "Ticker" is even more dire), but how many movies has he played the ex-government super-soldier, who's part-mystic?
The rest of the cast(Wayans, Bob Gunton, Brian Cox and John M. Jackson) go through the motions.
