So the professional critics don't feel like the movie didn't do a good job of representing the book? I totally disagree. It was a good movie and we throughly enjoyed it. The book was great, but you can't change a book into a 2 hour movie.

The movie did a good job of expressing the essence of the book. My sister and I both read the book and our husbands did not. We all loved the movie. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could.
