Review of The Giver (2014) by Benjamin W — 24 Oct 2014
A bit predictable (as the YA genre usually is), but fun and entertaining to watch, especially with the visual style of color saturation and de-saturation that is applied. In the end, the message of the film that we must take the bad in the world if we want to experience the good, especially if the good vastly outweighs the bad, is something that we all need to hear.
