This movie is dark and disturbing, but if you have read the book along with sexual related swedish statistics on the treatment of females and so on, you will see the message Stieg Larsson so zealously stuck between the pages.

Rooney Mara and Daniel Craig made this portrayal beautifully, and I can tell everything said about Mara is true. She seems to be a hard working actress who does her research and takes her roles seriously.

As for Craig I already trust him- he has always been refined and not releasing much to the press, something I admire in an actor. He always talks about his projects and roles out of respect and dignity.

They could not have made a better adaption than this.
